BOARD MEETING:
Our annual meeting will be in person at Calvary Baptist Church, 3302 County Road 89 (just south of Cullen at Magnolia) at 7:00 p.m. On Thursday, January 9th. Arrive early for a light snack and to sign in. We will have a raffle for door prizes for those who stay for the meeting.
Our regular board meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month. Our next board meeting will be Thursday, February 06 by Zoom at 6:30 pm.

Southwyck Community Association sometimes referred to as the "Master Association", is charged with the responsibility of collecting HOA assessment fees that are used to maintain the value of the neighborhood.
This association, Southwyck CAI, maintains:
- Southwyck Lake Park and lake,
- Southwyck Sunset Park on Morgan Road near Bentley Dr.,
- Fencing along major roadways and
- Entrance monuments and planting
If you wish to be placed on the board's agenda, please email our community manager, Kathy Dooley, at kathy@CMSIsolutions.com one weeks prior to our next meeting as we usually have a full schedule of items to get through. Kathy Dooley can also be contacted by phone, 281-480-2563.
Anyone wishing to use the Southwyck Lake Park or Southwyck Sunset Park for a large event will need to reserve the park by contacting our management company.
